Business / Instructor + Instructor Accounts
Do my instructors get separate accounts / logins?
Indeed! Each staff member in your account can have their own instructor account and login. Instructor accounts can only view:
1. upcoming activities which they are teaching
2. the confirmed bookings for each upcoming activity which they are teaching (including who has paid and who hasn't)
3. the attendance form for upcoming activities
4. their personalised payroll report
5. their client activity stream (shows instructors if their clients have booked, rescheduled, paid, etc)
To invite your staff to create their own instructor account go to My Business > Staff > Options > Instructor Login and follow the prompts.
Note: If your staff member already has a client account they can use their client account login details to sign in as an instructor.
