Step 3. Invite your clients
When you are ready go to the Clients page and select Email Options > Invite All Clients to invite them to
join your account. You'll get a notification whenever a clients accepts your invitation. Get ready to be

How long does it take to set up Bookamat?
Small studios or independent instructors can set up in as little as an hour. Larger studios with
multiple locations and more classes etc will take longer.
Is it easy to assign clients with visits remaining?
Absolutely! We provide a wonderful tool just for this purpose which we call assigning complimentary
credits. Simply assign any number of complimentary credits to clients who have carry over passes to
ensure they are all set to go!
