Step 1. Sign up to Stripe or Square
Visit the Square or Stripe website to sign up. You can
also register from the My Account tab of your
Bookamat account. The registration process is quick.
Step 2. Authorise Bookamat
Once you have completed the registration process with Square or Stripe, sign in to your Bookamat account
and
go to the My Account > Integrations tab to authorise your payment processor.
Step 3. Start taking payments
That's it! You are now able to accept online credit and debit card payments 24/7 for client bookings
with
instant booking confirmation.

What are the fees for online payment processing?
The fees for online payment processing vary depending on where your business is based and which payment

What other payment types does Bookamat support?
You can accept cash payments in person, EFT (bank transfer) paid directly into your bank account,
PayPal, EFTOPOS terminals (in person) and all QR code based payment providers. Infact we can support any
local payment provider in your country. If you want us to add a new payment provider just email us!
Don't have Stripe or Square?
For our valued clients in Australia, South Africa and Namibia we offer an integrated payment processing
solution without needing to create a Stripe or Square account. Transcations will be processed by us and
paid out to your bank account on a monthly payout cycle.

Payment processing provides the most streamlined way for clients to buy passes and starting booking. It
also means you can accept payment for people joining online classes from other countries. Plus it's
safe, secure and gives you peace of mind knowing clients have paid in advance.
Don't want to use payment processing?
No worries! You also also permit clients to add new passes to their basket which you can activate once
you receive their proof of payment, or the funds via cash etc. You can even activate passes prior to
receiving payment for those clients you trust :)
