Step 3. Business can also move clients onto waiting lists
Activity attendance forms display all clients who are on the waiting list. If you cancel a booking, you
can move a client from the waiting list into the activity on their behalf.

Will clients get notified if a space opens up?
Absolutely! Bookamat will send each client on the waiting list a notification when a spac opens up. The
first one to accept the offer will be confirmed.
What happens to clients on the waiting list who don't get in?
Clients who are on the waiting list but don't get accepted will have their credit returned to them at
the end of the day.
Can I put clients onto waiting lists?
