Bookamat is the easiest way to take bookings and payments for online and hybrid classes!

Step 1. Create a Zoom meeting
Sign in to your Zoom account and click on the ‘Host a Meeting’. When you have finished creating your
meeting, copy the meeting URL that you will be sharing with your students.
Step 2. Add your Zoom link to Bookamat
Sign in to your Bookamat account and paste your Zoom meeting link (URL) into the corresponding class by
choosing Options > Broadcast Link.
Step 3. Start booking!
Class participants will automatically receive your Zoom meeting link 1 hour before the class begins
along
with any notes you added.

Do more with Bookamat!
Can participants access past recordings of their classes?
Absolutely! At the end of the class, Zoom will immediately save a video as an mp4 which you can save and
share. If you add the link to your Bookamat class, your clients will be able to access the recording
from their Bookamat account.
Can I run online and in-studio classes?
Absolutely! Bookamat allows you to run online and/or in-studio classes at different times, or even
simultaneously.
Can I run recurring Zoom meetings in Bookamat?
Absolutely! If you have set up a recurring Zoom meeting (which uses the same link for each meeting),
check the “All activities in this series” box in Bookamat to use it for a recurring class.
Can I bundle online class access with my in-studio passes?
Absolutely! Offering clients who buy in-studio passes complimentary access to online classes is a great
idea. Bookamat also lets you prevent clients who buy online passes from using their credits to access
in-studio classes. It's all part of our amazing service!
Can I offer video library access?
Absolutely! Add your YouTube, or other cloud based, video library URL to the broadcast link in Bookamat.
Clients will then receive the link to your library when they book.
Can I send notes to Zoom participants?
Absolutely! Bookamat lets you add a note to every Zoom broadcast. This is useful if you want to tell
clients to have specific excercise equipment with them.
