- Optional information that you provide when you upload/download content, enter competitions, take advantage of promotions, respond to surveys, register for additional services, or connect third-party services such as Discovery Vitality.

2.7.3. SMS Notifications
When you book with a studio that uses Bookamat, we may send transactional SMS — booking confirmations, reminders and cancellations — to the mobile number you provided. We do not use SMS for marketing. Messages are sent via Twilio Inc. as our data processor.
To stop receiving SMS, disable SMS in your Bookamat account or visit bookamat.co/sms. Where your network supports it (South Africa), you can also reply STOP. We will stop within 24 hours. Standard message and data rates from your mobile operator may apply.
2.8. Disclosure
2.8.1. Sharing with Service Providers
We may share your information with service providers who support our business operations.
2.8.2. Regulators & Law Enforcement
Disclosure may occur as required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect safety and prevent violations of service terms.
2.8.3. No Selling

2.9. Discovery Vitality Integration
- If you are a Discovery Vitality member, you may add your Discovery Vitality ID Number to your Bookamat profile.
- By doing so, you authorise Bookamat to share your Discovery Vitality ID and relevant activity data (e.g., class attendance) with Discovery Vitality (Pty) Ltd for awarding Vitality points.
- This integration is optional; if you do not provide your ID, no data is shared.
- Shared information is used solely for awarding Vitality points and is governed by Discovery Vitality's Privacy Policy.
- You can withdraw consent at any time by removing your Discovery Vitality ID from your Bookamat profile.
