Switch between fortnightly (new) or calendar month (default) billing cycles.
Works for repeat reservation bookings with per booking rates.
Toggles all billing and invoicing.
Get paid more often with repeat bookings.
Repeat reservations book the client into the same class each week until cancelled.

CUSTOM ONLINE PRIVACY POLICIES
Upload a custom privacy policy for clients to read and agree with online.
New clients will be required to read and agree to your privacy policy when they register or try to pay online.
Clients who haven't agreed to your privacy policy are blocked from paying for new packages through Bookamat.
Quickly see which class participants haven't yet agreed to your privacy policy.
Easily send clients who haven't agreed to your privacy policy a copy via email to read and agree online.
Includes version control, e.g. save a new privacy policy title to create a new version, archiving the old.
Clients can also view their own privacy policy history in their app / account.

CHANGE SERVICE TYPE FOR ANY SCHEDULED ACTIVITY
Change the 'service' type for any scheduled activity (class, session or evert), even if there are booked participants.
For example, you can now easily change a fully booked Group Pilates class to a Group Yoga class at a moment's notice.
Changing the service type won't affect the bookings / pricing of paid or unpaid participants.

LIMITED CYCLE RECURRING PACKAGES
End recurring packs after 'x' number of payment cycles.
For example, you can now create:
3 credits per week for 6 weeks, billed at $50 / week (plan will end after 6 weekly payments).
6 credits per fortnight for 12 weeks, billed at $100 / 2 weeks (plan will end after 6 fortnightly payments).
Infinite cycles, e.g. only ends on cancellation, are also included.

LATE CANCELLATION PENALTY FOR UNLIMITED PACKAGES
Penalize clients on unlimited packages who late cancel their bookings.
Penalty reduces the valid duration on their unlimited package by one day for each late cancellation made.
Helps prevent lost revenue.
