SMS TEXT NOTIFICATIONS (NEW!)
- Studios can now reach clients by text message for time-sensitive booking updates — class reminders, cancellations, waiting-list spots, and welcome follow-ups.
- SMS works alongside email, not instead of it — you choose which notifications send by text.
- Available now for studios in Australia and the United Kingdom. South Africa coming soon.
- Clients opt in before receiving any SMS. You can also send one-off messages to an individual client or everyone in a class.
- Buy SMS credits as you need them, track usage in a new report, and see which clients are reachable from your clients report.

GIFT CARDS (NEW!)
- Sell digital gift cards in amounts you set — with expiry rules that match how your studio runs things.
- Clients buy gift cards through your normal booking and shop flow, including when your schedule is embedded on your website.
- At checkout, they enter their gift card code to pay — the balance can cover all or part of the cart, and whatever is left stays on the card for next time.
- Purchasers can send a gift by email with a personal message so the right person gets the code.
- If you need to give credit without a sale, staff can issue complimentary gift cards that are ready to use straight away.
- You can also apply a client’s gift card to an outstanding payment from your business account when that fits your process.
- Behind the scenes you can see what’s outstanding, and cancel a card that shouldn’t stay active — so reporting and day-to-day control stay simple.
