Stretch is a gentle class dedicated to building flexibility and helping you move a little more freely. We focus on: Lengthening your whole body from head to toe while also strengthening the body and improving balance. Working the arms and shoulders, legs and hips, and spine through a full range of motion with control. What to expect: Flowy moves while challenging balance and control. Mindful movement. Connection with breath. This is the best class to start with if you are not currently active
