Cardio is a dynamic Reformer Pilates workout with snippets of high intensity movements interspaced with Pilates exercises. We focus on: Dynamic moves. Working both power and balance. Coordination and control challenges. What to expect: An extra level cardio workout. Getting your heart rate up. Jumpboards and handweights will be make an appearance. Not suitable for pregnant clients.
