Pilates - Unwind is full of stretchy relaxing Pilates moves that flows into breathwork and meditation. We focus on: Slow and steady moves to help you connect in with your body. Mindful meditation. Connection with breath. What to expect: A slower, sleepy pace. A wind down for the day allowing you to transition to a better night’s sleep. Lots of feet in straps.
