Pilates class based on STOTT method combining matwork with various props (big ball, small ball, therabands, foam rollers and barre). This holistic workout will leave you feeling energised and invigorated. We focus on all areas of the body incorporating strength, endurance, balance, co-ordination and flexibility training, bringing awareness to breath, alignment and posture. Classes open to all fitness levels.
