What counts as an active client?

Any client with at least one booking during the subscription month. Inactive clients don't count toward your total — you only pay for who's actually using your studio.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. Start your 14-day trial with just an email address. No credit card, no commitments. Cancel anytime.

What happens when my trial ends?

If you have 10 or fewer active clients, you continue for free. Otherwise, choose a plan to keep going. Your data stays safe either way.

Can I switch plans?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What payment processors do you support?

Stripe, Square, and Paystack. Connect your own account and payments go directly to you. Bookamat never holds your funds.
